A wise person once said “all that is necessary for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing.” So, good people,do something.
There are lots of ways to get involved. Follow through on the actions below or volunteer your time with a group in need.
If you’re with an organization working to eliminate toxic chemicals in our air, food, water–or anywhere else we might be exposed to them– and you need someone to click a link, wield a banner, host a party, speak at a press conference, or basically anything else that will help you further our collective cause, tell us here.
TIP: If your action has no date or time requirement or is for a recurring need (such as on-going volunteers), post it here as an action. If your action is date and time specific or will expire, please post as an Event, instead. It’s fine to double-post it to ensure folks see it.

Help us realize the MOMS vision of thousands of moms taking action at the local level for a healthier environment for their families. Find and engage with like-minded moms who want to get involved in protecting our health from toxic chemicals. If you have the time, volunteer to lead your local group and help organize members for local and national chemical policy reform.

Monsanto has yet again figured out a way to make people their test subjects at the risk of consumer health – experimental GMO frozen food and/or canned corn. The catch? It won’t be labeled as an experimental, pesticide-stuffed crop. Tell major food makers to reject this new GMO corn.
